# What You’ll Need:

02 - 1 frozen banana, sliced
03 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk
04 - 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
05 - 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
06 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 1/2 cup (60 g) baby spinach, optional

→ Toppings

08 - 1/2 cup (70 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
09 - 1/2 cup (70 g) fresh blueberries
10 - 1/4 cup (30 g) granola
11 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
12 - 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
13 - Additional fresh fruit such as kiwi, mango, or banana as desired

# Method:

01 - In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, frozen banana, almond milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and spinach if using.
02 - Blend until smooth and fluffy. For a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again.
03 - Pour the smoothie base evenly into two serving bowls.
04 - Arrange strawberries, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and additional fruit of choice on top of each bowl.
05 - Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon.
