02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - Zest of 2 limes

05 - 8 small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks
# Method:
01 - Wash grapes thoroughly and dry completely. Remove any stems.
02 - Thread 5–6 grapes onto each wooden skewer or cocktail stick.
03 - Lay the skewers in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Place tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until grapes are fully frozen.
05 - Mix granulated sugar, lime zest, and optional sea salt in a small bowl. Rub zest into sugar with fingers until fragrant and evenly incorporated.
06 - Roll each frozen grape skewer in lime sugar mixture, pressing gently for maximum adherence.
07 - Serve immediately for optimal texture, or return coated skewers to the freezer until ready to serve.
