# What You’ll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

→ Liquid

02 - 1 cup fresh orange juice
03 - 1 cup sparkling wine such as Prosecco or Champagne

→ Sweetener

04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, optional

→ Garnish

05 - 8 small strawberry slices or edible flowers, optional

# Method:

01 - Combine strawberries and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
02 - Taste the mixture and add honey or agave syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into a large mixing bowl and gently stir in the sparkling wine to preserve the bubbles.
04 - Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a quarter inch of space at the top for expansion. Add a strawberry slice or edible flower into each mold if desired.
05 - Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
06 - Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
