07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
# Method:
01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull strawberries, peel kiwi, and cut strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and cantaloupe into bite-sized pieces as indicated.
02 - Thread the fruit onto wooden or metal skewers in rainbow sequence: strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, grape. Continue this pattern until all skewers are assembled evenly.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and optional vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir with a whisk or spoon until fully blended and smooth.
04 - Arrange fruit skewers on a serving platter. Present with the honey-yogurt dip alongside for dipping.
