# Method:
01 - Rinse and pat dry the tomatoes and basil leaves. Dry the mozzarella balls with paper towels.
02 - Thread onto each skewer one red cherry tomato, one mini mozzarella ball, one green grape tomato, and one basil leaf, alternating the order for visual interest if desired.
03 - Place assembled skewers upright on a large serving platter or board, stacking them in rows from bottom to top to create a triangular, Christmas tree shape.
04 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil evenly over the skewers. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
