# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No alcohol needed — this tastes like a celebration without the hangover, perfect for anyone looking for something sophisticated but totally inclusive.
  • You literally just slice fruit, pour juice, and stir, so you can have a pitcher ready in the time it takes to set out glasses.
  • The flavors keep getting better as it sits, which means you can make it ahead and let the fruit and herbs do the work while you relax.
02 -
  • If you make this without chilling first, it tastes okay, but giving it an hour in the fridge transforms it into something that tastes like you actually planned it.
  • Add the sparkling water at the very last second — if you do it too early, you're basically serving flat juice with regret.
03 -
  • Bruise the mint leaves lightly by rolling them in your hands before adding them — this releases the oils and makes the whole pitcher smell incredible.
  • Keep everything cold from the start; warm juice will dilute faster when ice melts, and you'll lose that crisp, refreshing feeling that makes this drink special.
