# What You’ll Need:
→ Strawberry Puree
01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
02 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
→ Matcha Layer
04 - 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder
05 - 1/4 cup hot water (approximately 175°F)
→ Milk Layer
06 - 1 1/2 cups chilled oat milk
07 - Ice cubes, as needed
# Method:
01 - Place the chopped strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Divide the blended strawberry mixture evenly between two tall glasses.
03 - Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes for cooling.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup of chilled oat milk gently over the strawberry puree in each glass.
