03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 cup warm milk
06 - 1/4 cup warm water
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 large egg

→ Filling

09 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
10 - 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
11 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Glaze

12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
14 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# Method:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
02 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes until doubled in size.
03 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
04 - Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 16 by 10 inch rectangle.
05 - Spread softened butter evenly over the dough. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
06 - Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log and pinch seam to seal. Cut the log lengthwise in half with a sharp knife.
07 - With cut sides facing upward, twist the two halves together. Shape into a wreath and pinch the ends to seal. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
08 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
09 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle glaze over the warm wreath before serving.
