# Method:

01 - In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, bread flour, yeast, brown sugar, and salt until well combined.
02 - Add warm water and oil to the dry mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
03 - Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Gradually knead chopped nuts into dough until evenly distributed.
05 - Shape dough into a ball, place in oiled bowl, cover with damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Punch down dough, transfer to floured surface, and gently shape into loaf.
07 - Place shaped dough into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan, cover, and let rise 45 minutes or until dough rises about 1 inch above pan.
08 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
09 - Bake loaf for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and hollow sound when tapped.
10 - Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack before slicing.
